1- Payment Schedule:
-Reservation fee of (LE 15000 / USD 1000 / EUR 900) refundable for 28 days.

-30% deposit (less the reservation fee) due upon contract.

-20% upon completion.

-50% monthly or quarterly installments until 01/01/2025

2- Conditions for canceling the contract:
The Purchaser (first party) agree that in case of occurrence of any condition for the contract termination, the First party is entitled to carry the re-marketing the unit for a third party in favor of the Second party, The First party has to refund the amounts that had been paid by the Purchaser so far, deducting 20% of the unit price, and adding 1.5% as administrative fees and banking expenses, These amounts are returned during the period that is equivalent to the period that these amounts were paid by the Second party before, and by the same way refund will be don only through the original mode of payment (will be issued to the same credit card for the original purchase, these amounts are returned to the Second party as soon as the unit is resold to the third party.

3- Any dispute that may arise due to the fact of applying the contract is subject to the Egyptian Law and Egypt is our country of domicile.

4- The legal age for contracting is 18 years

5- ( Red Sea Way Website) will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC ( office of foreign assets control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.

6-Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholders monthly.
