– Payments can be paid monthly, every 3 months or every 6 months to suit your budget

-Reservation fee of (10000 LE/ USD 1000/ GBP 600 / EUR 700) refundable for 28 days.

-30% deposit (less the reservation fee) due upon contract.

-50% monthly or quarterly installments until 2025
